More than 700 students participated in a grand fest organized at Delhi Public School’s Patna east campus on Wednesday to mark the first annual day. The Students showcased their technical and creative skills through the 6-hour long program held at the sprawling lawns of the school. Theme for the Annual Day was ‘Novato Fiesta’.
Inaugural dance presented by the girls of grades 4 to 9 stole the show, followed by a number of innovative and interesting exhibitions by students; Art exhibition, Science and Humanities Exhibition, German Exhibition were the main attractions of the day.
The objective of the exhibition is to bring forth the innate skills and hone the creative genius of the student, a communiqué from the school said.
Several food stalls lined up for visitors’ delight as they tried out Indian, Italian and Chinese cuisines.
Earlier, the Pro Vice Chairman of DPS Patna East, Mr. Amit Prakash along with the Managing Trustee, Mr. Manish Anand, started the ceremony with lighting a lamp followed by the welcome address from Principal Dr. Vidhukesh Vimal.
